Process

Select the right adhesive

Identify your tile type, substrate, and location. Use our product guide or contact our technical team.

Prepare the substrate

Ensure surfaces are clean, flat, and structurally sound per AS 3958 requirements.

Mix and apply

Mix to specification with a slow-speed drill. Apply with the correct notch trowel for your tile size.

Set, grout, and seal

Allow full cure before grouting. Use quality grout and sealant products for a complete, lasting installation.

Scrape off excess glue with a plastic scraper. Apply acetone or adhesive remover and let it sit. Gently scrub with a soft cloth, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry.

Typically between 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch (3mm to 6mm), depending on tile size and substrate. Follow product instructions for precise guidelines.

AD500 and AD700 can be used over green screeds after 24 hours of curing, providing flexibility and early grab capabilities.

AD500 and AD700 provide excellent adhesion and support for large-format tiles. Use recommended application techniques.

Concrete should cure for a minimum of 28 days before tiling. With AD500 & AD700, tiling may be possible after 7 days.

Clean and lightly sand the epoxy surface if needed. Choose AD500 or AD700 and follow manufacturer recommendations.
